To register and use the betph7 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. betph7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your specific location before registering. We do not accept registrations from individuals who are self-excluded or who have been excluded from the platform by betph7 for any reason.
Only one account per person is permitted. If betph7 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings generated through those accounts may be voided. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, and you are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.
Your betph7 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betph7 immediately by contacting [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken. betph7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus claims — are recorded and may be reviewed by betph7 at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification or investigation process initiated by betph7. Accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the platform's systems will be suspended pending investigation, and betph7 reserves the right to withhold funds during this period.
All deposits and withdrawals on betph7 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time. betph7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. betph7 may request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID or proof of payment method — before releasing funds. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in your account at the time of the request. betph7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved bonus wagering requirement. Funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.
All bets placed on betph7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions. betph7 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account wallet. Bets that have already been settled will not be reopened unless betph7 determines that a clear and demonstrable error occurred in the settlement process.
Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and game lobby titles. These limits are set at the market or game level and are visible before you confirm your wager. betph7 may adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event, and any bets placed after a market has been suspended will be voided. It is your responsibility to confirm that your bet has been accepted before assuming it is active.
All promotions and bonuses offered on betph7 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. General bonus rules apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bonuses are credited in PHP and may only be used on the betph7 platform. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. betph7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. betph7 may void bonuses and associated winnings, and may close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified. Promotions are intended for recreational players and betph7 reserves the right to exclude any account from specific offers at its discretion. VIP members may be subject to separate promotion terms as outlined on the VIP page.
betph7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We offer a range of tools to help you manage your play, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. We strongly encourage all members to use these tools proactively and to set personal limits that reflect their financial situation and gaming habits.

You may close your betph7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement or pending investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method. betph7 may also close or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions, if we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority, or if we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed by betph7 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. betph7 will retain transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable Philippine regulations, even after an account has been closed. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may contact [email protected] to request a review of the decision.
betph7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. However, betph7 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost bets, missed promotions, or account access issues — arising from technical outages, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing betph7.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betph7's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betph7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits betph7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
betph7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by email or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of betph7 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates that may affect your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from your use of betph7 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
